How do I reset my password?
In a situation where the user forgets his or her password, the “forgot password” link presents an avenue for the user to request for his/her password be reset and sent to an email address. The password will be sent to the user email he/she used during registration or as specified by the user. If the mail doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check in your bulk mail.

Do I lose my information if I don’t complete registration once?
Not really! It’s this simple. For each step you complete and confirm, the information is automatically saved. So when next you log in into your account, you simply just continue from the last point you stopped.

When can I register?
You can register April and September diets of the year you may want to. But the examinations take place twice in a year.  So be sure to finally pick the diet you want to take.

How do I restart my application?
First you must be sure to log in into your account. There are two methods, but only one is available to those who have completed the application. First, you can choose to restart your application from the first screen that comes up immediately after you login. The other method will be from your log in home screen. On top your home page, select “Start New Application” to restart your application.

Which kind Of Cards can I Use to pay?
We currently have facilities that can accept the conventional debit cards (ATMs, Cash Cards) from any of the current 25 banks in Nigeria and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc). Value cards and eTranzact cards are not accepted currently.

Do I have to be a Nigerian to apply?
You do not necessarily have to be a Nigerian to apply! You can always apply from anywhere, anytime. But be sure you meet some of the requirements to complete registration online.

How do I change my password?
You must be logged in with your account details to perform this task. Atop the home screen, click “change password”. Specify your account details (i.e. username, old password) along with the new password. Then click change to complete!
